Our Team
Dionne devotes her research, community planning, and business oversight skills to leading a thriving organization that vows to cultivate impactful and transformative experiences.
Hello!
It's wonderful to have you here!
The MOUTH Project is a growing collection and resource available to others wanting to know more about Texas' multidimensional past.
We work tirelessly to build on this incredible concept because we know how important having a space like the MOUTH will be.
Digging through history is a massive undertaking. The process is slow and time-consuming—searching records, reading countless books, scanning collections, visiting historical sites, and reviewing existing research.
As increasingly visual learners and very selective readers, we require uninhibited access to useful information.
MOUTH makes Black Texas history more accessible and more engaging by tracing Texas' history through countless resources for others to discover.
Thank you for taking the time to visit our site.
I hope you will share my excitement and join the journey to share more Black Texas history.
